Ticketed passengers with a flight within four hours may enter. PreCheck is real (official first-time-flyer guide). TSA.gov enrollment for 79925 is off-airport (IDEMIA on Viscount; Telos at Office Depot) — not a terminal enrollment desk. iFly’s invented PreCheck clock hours are not an airport publication.
Lower level is ticketing, bags, rentals, and La Placita. Central escalators go up to the only passenger TSA. After that, Concourse A is west and Concourse B is east — wrong concourse is a walk, not a reclear.
Official airlines page does not print gate numbers. Wikipedia’s Allegiant-on-B10 map is leftover. American’s food pin (Standard Star / Starbucks) is across from A2. The B food court sits between the east gates. Connecting A↔B after security is free.

Carlos and Mickey’s / Home Team Sports / Black Mesa Coffee / USO pins are stale versus the live dining and news-and-gifts pages. Hours follow the airport’s own cards, not a 2021 directory PDF.
ELP has seating, Wi-Fi, and kitchens. It does not have a passenger lounge. Live Priority Pass USA does not include El Paso. Day-pass pages that invent The Club ELP are wrong.
Official FAQ: no USO. Military Assistance Desk is landside across from bag claim — military help, not a club. Junior Pilots Lounge is a kids’ area (directory U19). Beacon Room and La Placita Conference Room are meeting rooms. Million Air’s FBO lounge is on the GA ramp, not the passenger terminal.
