Give international the extra hour — night Seoul misses the lounge

Sit 2 hours for a domestic hop and 3 hours for international. Self-check leftover dies 40 minutes before STD.

PP First Class Lounge (international T2) leftover 11:00–20:00, so a KE164-style 23:30 ICN departure does not have a live PP room. DragonPass leftover ‘2 hours before the first international’ leftover-conflicts with that PP clock — confirm in the app.
