Alioth is an EgyptAir-operated lounge on the departures level after immigration and duty free. It has historically been regarded as the stronger EgyptAir option in Terminal 3.
That advantage is conditional: a 2025 report found it crowded enough that staff directed the traveler toward Gienah instead. Go where your gate and crowding make most sense.
