EgyptAir's official lounge page calls this Al Genah; recent traveler reports use the spelling Gienah. It is on the departures level after immigration and duty free, near the G gates.
A 2025 review found a decent food selection and plenty of seating in separate areas, while still judging it functional rather than memorable. It can be the smarter choice than Alioth when it is closer to your gate or less busy.
