Most resort passengers leave on tour-operator coaches. The Bulgarian transport page says that plainly, and points independent travelers to city bus line 15, with the stop at the wheel by the airport entrance. The English page says bus 15 continues to the central bus station, where you change for the coastal resorts.
Burgasbus announced on 30 April 2026 that lines 15 and 15A would serve the Burgas Airport stop again from 1 May 2026, the day flights resumed. Neither the airport nor that notice prints a journey time.
A single city ticket bought on the vehicle is €0.80 (1.56 leva) from 1 January 2026. An electronic ticket with a transfer inside 45 minutes is €0.66 from the e-wallet, €0.64 in a 30-trip pack, and €0.61 in a 50-trip pack. The night-line ticket, sold only by the driver, is €1.00. Those are city fares, not an airport surcharge.
There is no airport railway station on the airport's transport pages.
No official taxi fare was published. The February 2026 parking scheme marks taxi bays. A city-centre price quoted on Wikipedia is unsourced and is not repeated here.
Public parking is in front of Terminal 2 and is open for hourly, daily, and longer stays. The Burgas price list effective 8 June 2026 matches the shared Fraport Twin Star table. The first 10 minutes are free, and validating the ticket once before those 10 minutes end adds 5 minutes. The free window can be used twice in 24 hours. A disability parking card, or a passenger receiving assistance under Regulation (EC) 1107/2006, gets 40 minutes free.
After that the shared table, VAT included, is €2.50 up to 1 hour, then €2 for each further hour through 10 hours (€20), €24 up to 24 hours, €28 up to 48 hours, and €3 for each day after that. A lost ticket is the real stay, and at least €15. Pay at the machines, in the URBO app, by MyPOS QR code, or at the exit booth. After payment you have 15 minutes, or whatever prepaid time is left, whichever is longer. The expensive premium zone on the same Fraport page is Varna only.
