There is no rail station under the terminal. For Bergamo, take ATB Line 1 (and related urban services) from the stops outside arrivals — SACBO quotes about 10 minutes to Bergamo FS; allow 15–20 minutes in traffic. Airport–city rides need Tariffa C (tre zone) at €3.00 with 90 minutes’ validity on the ATB network (fares published from 1 Sep 2023; confirm on atb.bergamo.it if your travel date is later). Buy at machines, retailers or the ATB app — boarding without a validated ticket risks a fine. For Milan, coaches leave from the bays facing arrivals: Autostradale lists Centrale transfers from €9 one-way on promo (children 2–12 €5), with typical daytime frequency about every 30 minutes and ~50–60 minutes’ runtime; Terravision, Orioshuttle and Flibco also serve Centrale / other Milan stops — compare live prices. Trains Bergamo–Milano Centrale are frequent (~50–60 min) after the ATB hop if you prefer rail. Taxi / NCC to Milan is much more expensive than the coach; for Bergamo centre expect a short metered ride rather than a flat Milan-style fare.

Since the 25 November 2025 departures hall opened, SACBO operates 14 security lanes with next-generation CT screening: keep LAG containers up to 2 litres each and electronics in the bag on originating flights. Always pack empty bottles for refill and remember return airports may still enforce 100 ml. Fast Track is a dedicated optical-reader lane active 24 hours — €9.00 online or €11.00 at airport ticket offices / vending machines; 10-ticket carnet €80 online; under-2 free; vouchers valid 12 months. Family Lane is free for families with children up to age 2 in strollers or arms (two accompanying adults) and for pregnant passengers — it shares the priority lane bank with PRM and Fast Track. Access to the security mezzanine is via boarding-pass readers; the old lounge-to-security shortcut door closed with the rebuild — lounge guests use a Fast Track voucher / dedicated lane instead.

Landside VIP €23–25 with Fast Track; airside HelloSky €32–35 to 23:00; both PP, max 3 h.

Check-in / VIP Lounge sits landside in departures beside security (PP: opposite the ticket desk / next to the new shopping area). SACBO hours 04:30–21:30; Priority Pass currently lists 04:30–20:00 — trust the desk if they differ. Walk-in €23 online / €25 airport (5-voucher book €105); under-2 free; max 3 hours. SACBO includes snacks/drinks, workstations, unlimited Wi-Fi and Fast Track access; after Nov 2025 you typically collect a Fast Track voucher and use the upstairs priority lanes rather than a private door. HelloSky is airside after security toward the B / Extra- Schengen side (PP: right-hand side before passport control). Hours 05:00–23:00 daily, closed 25 December; walk-in €32 online / €35 on site (5-entry carnet €144); max 3 hours; showers / meeting rooms are paid extras. Both lounges can refuse entry when full — early Ryanair banks fill them fast.

Official Water Station with free fresh drinking water sits in the Schengen boarding area between gates A12 and A13 on the path toward Extra-Schengen — usable for both Schengen and non-Schengen departures before you commit to a far gate. Bring an empty bottle through CT security. Free SACBO Wi-Fi runs 24 hours throughout the terminal with no published time cap (connect via the airport SSID / captive portal). Airside F&B density improved with the Avolta duty-free and food court after the 2025 expansion, but peak Ryanair turns still mean queues for seats and sockets near A-gates.
