A 2018 international hall and an older domestic hall on one runway: usable when you pick the right building, painful when you do not. Bolt and a thin airport train beat Uber, which is gone.
An editorial 0–10 score. The overall is exactly the weighted sum of six traveler categories — not a Google rating and not a poll.

Most important tips
A compact traveler cheat sheet for timing, terminals, food, and disruption checks.
FAAN tells you to arrive 4 hours before international; Air Peace desks only open 6 hours out and die 90 minutes before departure, and web check-in still requires a passport stamp at the desk.
Domestic is kinder: FAAN local check-in opens 3 hours out; Air Peace domestic desks run 3 hours–45 minutes. Do not copy leftover “2 hours domestic / 3 hours international” from older FAAN marketing pages.
There is no airside walk. Confirm your airline’s hall before you get out of the car — GAT / private jet is a third landside stop.
The 2018 building is ~56,000 m² with 72 desks, eight jet bridges and a rail link. FAAN’s page still talks as if that terminal is “under construction”; it has been live since January 2019.
FAAN confirms cafés and takeaway before security. After screening, the honest food plan is a Priority Pass lounge, not an unpublished KFC/McDonald’s listing.
Pearl Lounge (Module F, after last security) is the 24-hour international option closest to the gates. Airspace Lounge on domestic is landside Module D, so it does not help once you have cleared screening.
Everything shares 04/22. Presidential / VIP movements can pause the field. The second runway is approved-on-paper, not operational.
The 2017 six-week closure (8 Mar–18 Apr) is the reminder: when the only runway fails, traffic diverts to Kaduna. Build slack, not a tight domestic-to-international connection.

Official car parks exist. No posted 2026 naira tariff this pass.
Tip: Use the official lot. Restricted curb stops are how people get clamped.

Official taxis remain at the desk. Leftover typical Bolt into Wuse / Garki / Maitama is ₦5,000–15,000 / 25–50 min — confirm in the app.
