No Priority Pass lounge
No SLW lounge on the Priority Pass network on research day.
SLW · Coahuila’s Saltillo gateway with thin Viva domestic banks (Cancún, Mexico City–Felipe Ángeles) and Volaris Guadalajara listed from 1 Dec 2026 — **no Priority Pass lounge** on research day; cargo/GA (Aeronaves TSM hub) dominate the plant.
MTY · Northern Mexico’s #4 airport spreads across three OMA terminals with Priority Pass in each, a Metro-linked express bus into Monterrey, and busy Viva / U.S. banks that punish tight connections.

Build bank-hour buffer — especially U.S. mornings
Domestic can look short while U.S. morning banks stretch curb-to-gate — do not copy a quiet midday hop onto DFW or IAH.
Three buildings — wrong terminal costs a shuttle
A / B / C do not share one sterile hall — confirm the letter on the boarding pass before curb drop-off.
Eat airside when you can
Best chain and sit-down density is airside (especially Terminal A); landside is thinner if you still need a full meal.
