NRN · A single-terminal Ryanair and charter field in Weeze, not Düsseldorf, with a simple airside and almost no lounge for scheduled passengers.
EIN · Netherlands’ #2 airport: short walks and frequent Hermes buses to Centraal, tempered by a terminal oversized for its ~5M design, classic 100 ml security, no free fountains, and a Privium lounge that is not on Priority Pass.
15% · Food and retail quality and variety.
15% · Transit, taxi, and parking to the city.

Two clocks, both official
One airport page says be in the terminal at least 2.5 hours before departure. Another says about 120 minutes before departure at check-in. Ryanair bag drop at counters 8–16 is open from 2 hours until 40 minutes before departure.
Buy the Weeze ticket you mean
Ryanair still sells flights as Düsseldorf-Weeze. The airport is in Weeze, Kreis Kleve, on the Dutch border. Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is a different field.
Café, not a lounge
After security you walk through the duty-free and travel-value shop, then to Café Tramezzini. Gate Bar Charly is downstairs by Gate 10. The room next to Tramezzini is a smoking room.
