Two clocks, both official
One airport page says be in the terminal at least 2.5 hours before departure. Another says about 120 minutes before departure at check-in. Ryanair bag drop at counters 8–16 is open from 2 hours until 40 minutes before departure.
Buy the Weeze ticket you mean
Ryanair still sells flights as Düsseldorf-Weeze. The airport is in Weeze, Kreis Kleve, on the Dutch border. Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is a different field.
Café, not a lounge
After security you walk through the duty-free and travel-value shop, then to Café Tramezzini. Gate Bar Charly is downstairs by Gate 10. The room next to Tramezzini is a smoking room.
