Official Food & Lodging puts both Dunkin and Lucky’s Craft Food & Drink on the second level past the Security Checkpoint. Dunkin opens about 4:30 a.m. until the last departure. Lucky’s opens about 10:30 a.m. with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a full bar.
