Facilities on the Air NZ Queenstown page are food and drink, barista coffee, Wi-Fi, and business facilities — unlike Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, showers are not listed. The lounge opens one hour before the first eligible Air New Zealand departure and stays open until the last. Access is for Airpoints Elite, Gold, Elite Partner, and Koru members on Air New Zealand domestic/regional metal, within four hours of departure. The airport airlines page also names Star Alliance Gold partners. There is no Air New Zealand International Koru at Queenstown.
