The honest take

Air Canada opened this Maple Leaf Lounge on 19 December 2018 in YYT’s expanded departures area (John Hearn Architect). It sits airside on the second floor, upstairs from Gate 10 / between Gates 10 and 12A, with Signal Hill views. Access is the standard Maple Leaf rule set: a same-day Air Canada or Star Alliance departing boarding pass plus Business/First, Aeroplan 50K+, Star Alliance Gold, a listed Aeroplan cobrand, Chase Sapphire Reserve, or prepaid fare-based access bought at least 24 hours ahead. Air Canada does not accept Priority Pass here. Hours follow the flight schedule — confirm the lounge selector rather than an aggregator clock. Official YYT-specific pages do not list showers.
