ACTV €10 official; Alilaguna €18; taxi €40 fixed to Piazzale Roma.

ACTV Aerobus (routes 5 / 15 / 45) is €10 one-way or €18 return for a 75-minute mainland ticket that covers the airport link (official ACTV urban fare table). Aerobus + 90-minute Rete Unica combo is €18. Ordinary ACTV day/multi-day vaporetto passes exclude the airport Aerobus unless you buy the Aerobus supplement (€7 one-way / €13 return with the pass). ATVO Venice Airport Bus Express is the competing direct coach to Piazzale Roma / Mestre with luggage holds and free Wi-Fi — Exit D second lane (stop 3 Venice / stop 4 Mestre); confirm the live ATVO fare (independent 2026 guides commonly cite ~€12 / ~€20). Alilaguna water buses from the airport dock are €18 one-way / €32 return to Venice proper (€10 / €18 to Murano). Official land-taxi fixed fare Airport ↔ Piazzale Roma is €40 including luggage; Airport ↔ Mestre centre €35; Airport ↔ Marittima cruise €45. A land taxi cannot enter the car-free historic islands.

Classic 100 ml rules; Fast Track 04:30–21:30 at desks 45–56.

Venice still runs classic EU LAG rules: containers ≤100 ml inside one resealable ~1 L transparent bag (no published CT cabin-liquids waiver for VCE as of Sep 2026 research). Fast Track is sold on the airport e-shop, via the Milione Club app, or at the airport; dedicated lane on the first floor in front of check-in desks 45–56; SAVE publishes opening hours every day 04:30–21:30. Children under 2 are free (under 12 for Milione Club members per SAVE). Allow ~2 hours for typical Schengen leisure departures and closer to 2.5–3 hours in peak summer cruise/tour banks or when you need non-Schengen passport control after security. Check airport homepage for temporary border-control notices (Spain arrivals flagged during this research).

Airside Marco Polo Club 05:00–22:30; landside Aspire 08:00–20:00 + Fast Track.

After security, take the lift/escalator to the 2nd floor before Extra-Schengen passport control for the Marco Polo Club (SAVE). Priority Pass and SAVE list 05:00–22:30 daily; access limited to 3 hours before scheduled departure; showers, buffet, Wi-Fi and workstations included. Landside, the Aspire Executive Lounge on the 2nd floor before security runs 08:00–20:00 on Priority Pass (also Mile On Air / High Pass / DreamFolks per SAVE) and includes Fast Track into security — SAVE notes that Fast Track perk is not available for travellers on direct USA flights. Children under 12 enter free on PP’s Marco Polo Club listing; SAVE’s own child rules differ slightly by product (under 2 free; under 12 for Milione Club).

Airside refill fountains reported near Gate 8 / lower gates; free open Wi-Fi.

Bring an empty bottle through screening. Travellers consistently report cold drinking-water refill points airside (commonly near Gate 8 and in the lower gate area around Gates ~42–49 / non-Schengen escalators). Locations can shift with works — follow “acqua” / water signage or ask staff. Sealed bottles are sold landside and airside (no sourced shelf price published here). Free Wi-Fi SSID “Venezia Airport Free WiFi” works throughout the terminal with a splash page and no registration. SAVE news highlights Comptoir Libanais in departures and the reopened MyFamily area alongside earlier Costa Coffee call-outs.
