The honest take

International Blue Ribbon sits after passport control near Gate 6. Prefer live Priority Pass and LoungeKey hours (06:30–20:00) when they disagree with Bangkok Airways’ wider 05:00–22:00 published window. DragonPass is live (A10226/N00692) and currently prints 04:30–23:00. Late international PP- or LoungeKey-only passengers should not assume a 22:00 close. Completing outbound immigration is required before you can walk to this room.
