Canova Lounge is on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance, before the security checkpoint, open every day from 08:00 to 20:00. The airport sells it as a QR voucher online or at the ticket office. Children under 2 enter free. The published inclusions are high-speed Wi-Fi, sweet and savoury snacks, coffee, and live flight information; the marketing lines also mention drinks, magazines, and charging sockets. No shower is described. The Italian shop text allows entry up to three hours before the departure time on the ticket. Exclusive Service, at €50, is a separate booking by email to canovalounge@trevisoairport.it: lounge, escort to the Fast Track lane beside the lounge, and private transport to the aircraft. That package must be requested at least four hours before boarding, and guests must be in the lounge at least 90 minutes before departure. It is not the price of the lounge on its own.
