Podgorica has no Priority Pass or walk-in business lounge listed by the airport or Priority Pass (checked 17 October 2026). What the airport sells is a VIP service: use of a VIP lounge, check-in at the VIP terminal, fast passage through security, customs and passport control, VIP parking in front of the VIP terminal and, on request, transport between the aircraft and the VIP terminal. Private cars are not allowed on the apron. The Presidential Lounge seats 11 and costs €300 per started hour excluding VAT; it has cable TV, a kitchenette, toilets, a direct phone line and Wi-Fi. VIP Lounge 1 and VIP Lounge 2 seat 8 each and cost €200 per started hour excluding VAT; both have toilets and Wi-Fi, and Lounge 2 also has cable TV. Catering is extra.
