The CIP hall at Aktau is a paid service lounge for domestic and international passengers. CIP staff check you in, help you through passport and customs control and take you to and from the aircraft by minibus, and CIP passengers get priority boarding and baggage delivery. Inside there are Wi-Fi, LED TVs and newspapers, and a pay-as-you-go bar with drinks and snacks. No booking is needed: you can pay at the CIP hall desk. The airport's website lists 20,000 KZT per departing passenger and 15,000 KZT per arriving passenger, with children aged 2–12 at half price. Priority Pass does not list it, and we could not confirm its opening hours.
