The help page says arrive at least 90 minutes early for domestic flights. The checkpoint opens between 03:30 and 04:00 and follows the first departure.

Ticket counters open at least 90 minutes before their first flight. There is no official live wait tile — use the My TSA app. The leftover “2 hours for international” line is generic; ROC has no scheduled international passenger airline on the live destination cards.

After screening you stay on the same sterile side. Follow the colored ceiling guides — wrong concourse is a walk, not a reclear.

Official airline cards pin Allegiant to B and Avelo plus Southwest to A. Confirm American, Breeze, Delta, JetBlue, and United on the FIDS — third-party maps still invent Spirit and contradict each other on American.

Hudson is the only named kitchen before security, at bags. Taste of Rochester, Subway, Gusto, and Dunkin sit in the post-security food court.

Taste of Rochester 05:00–20:00. Dunkin 04:30–19:00. Subway 05:00–19:00. Hudson 07:00–20:00 landside and airside. Flight Deck Diner (A) opens 09:00 weekdays / 09:30 weekends. On The ROCS (B) 10:00–19:00. Gusto does not print hours. None of these is a lounge.

Official dining, amenity, and map cards have no club. Live Priority Pass USA does not list ROC. CLEAR’s own location list does not include Rochester.

The airside business center by the Concourse A entrance and the landside Frederick Douglass Airfield Observatory are public rooms, not clubs. Aggregator “The Club ROC / Escape ROC / ROC Airport Lounge at A5” is fiction.
