Destination Rennes and the airport’s own public-transport pages point to STAR bus C6 toward République (~20 minutes to the centre). Buy a normal STAR ticket or use a valid metro/bus pass — confirm live fares and last buses on star.fr / the STAR app before you fly, especially for early Air France / late easyJet banks. The official taxi rank sits in front of the Arrivals hall; the airport’s published guide is about €18 by day and €20 by night to Rennes centre (meter rules, supplements for bulky bags or animals can apply). CotaxiGO is mentioned on the airport taxi page if you want to split a fare. Free dépose-minute is painted by the terminal — stop only with the driver still at the wheel; even short unattended parking there is forbidden.

Rennes points cabin/hold packing rules at AirBag (DGAC) and still runs a standard EU inspection-filter with Samsic / SAFESQUARE screening, random explosive-trace checks, and compulsory security pat-downs as described on the airport sûreté page. Priority Pass’s France directory does not list Rennes–Saint-Jacques. “Espace Ker Lounge” on the business-centre page is a bookable meeting / event space (email accueil@rennes.aeroport.fr), not a passenger airside lounge. Eat at landside Trib’s (Mon–Fri 05:30–18:30, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:30, subject to the flight programme) or airside Bread & Co; a duty-free / travel-retail corner has sat in the boarding area since August 2020. Selecta machines cover off-hours gaps in the public hall.

For cars: only P3 is open today; online booking gets plate-recognition entry, free cancel to 24h before arrival, and a late- arrival guarantee. Walk-up tariffs from 1 Mar 2026 start with 25 minutes free, then climb to €26 for 12–24h (full grid on the parking page); annual sub €865. Bike parking is now a converted container beside P3. PRM: request via your airline ≥48h ahead; prefer P3 disabled bays or the intercom drop-off at the door; present ≥1h before departure.
