Conditions list children under 2 free, smart casual dress, and a maximum stay of 6 hours (some PP UIs also surface a 2h label - confirm in the membership app).

Operator rules: maximum 3 alcoholic drinks per passenger; alcohol service only 10:00-00:00 under the DGAC/Carabineros campaign. Amenities cited include Wi-Fi, snacks/breakfast, soft drinks, and AC. Showers are not listed on the Puerto Montt operator page (unlike Concepción).
