A separate commercial VIP hall is described by Ural Airlines and by an unofficial Osh page. The price is not printed, and the operator's English page does not list Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass.
Ural Airlines' Osh note places a VIP lounge in a separate building on the right side of the terminal and gives the phone +996 (3222) 90060. An unofficial page (oss.port.kg) describes the same kind of hall on the east side, open 24 hours, with check-in, baggage, passport and customs help, tea and coffee, a paid minibar, and a minibus to the aircraft. That site says it is not the official airport website. The Airports of Kyrgyzstan English page does not describe the hall and does not name Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass. No som price is printed on either page.
