Uzbekistan Airports lists Namangan among the airports where it sells CIP-hall service. Across its network this includes separate check-in, baggage drop, passport and customs lanes, Wi-Fi, TV and press, a bar with hot and light dishes, and a separate transfer to the aircraft. The operator's tariff table names Namangan but leaves its price blank, and it does not publish opening hours or the hall's location in the terminal.
