The honest take

Hawaiian’s lounge overview (2026) lists Premier Club access when departing Honolulu, Lihue, Kahului, Kona, or Hilo. HDOT’s LIH site has no airline-lounges page. Complimentary access is Atmos Rewards status members who also hold Huakaʻi by Hawaiian (two guests) and first/business passengers on Hawaiian or Alaska (no guests). Paid Premier Club memberships ended 1 January 2025. There is no day pass. Priority Pass is accepted only at Kahului’s Premier Clubs — live PP USA on 9 September 2026 lists Honolulu and Kahului, not Lihue. Aggregator Plumeria Lounge / Gates 10–14 pins contradict HDOT’s eight-gate terminal and describe an HNL product.
