Lounge ASO is in the level-3 boarding hold and is limited to departing passengers, from 6:30 until the last departure. The airport says it offers drinks, newspapers, and magazines, and it refuses outside food. Companion conditions are whatever the staff tell you. The published free-entry list is airline lounge access plus named Japanese partner cards. Priority Pass and DragonPass are not on that list. The FAQ says international passengers may use the lounge and may not use it after exit immigration. Showers are not listed.
