The honest take

KIX Lounge Premium is JAL's current designated international-departure lounge at KIX. It is reached after immigration via the central escalator or elevator.

Use it when eligible rather than relying on the old Sakura Lounge name; JAL publishes access for premium-cabin passengers and qualifying JMB/JGC members.
