Hawaiian Air Premier Club

The only lounge on the official HDOT list — a small first-floor snack room in the northwest corner of the departure lounge. Live Priority Pass USA has no Hilo pin; Hawaiian’s lounge FAQ says Priority Pass is accepted only at Kahului.

The honest take

Official HDOT leftover places the Hawaiian Air Premier Club in the northwest corner of the first-floor passenger departure lounge. Hawaiian’s lounge FAQ still requires Atmos Rewards status plus Huakaʻi (up to two guests) or a same-day Hawaiian or Alaska first/business boarding pass (no guests). Arrival access is only for Huakaʻi members who also have Atmos status or a first-class seat and a same-day HA/AS connection. Paid Premier Club memberships ended 1 Jan 2025. There is no day pass. Hawaiian’s FAQ limits Priority Pass to the Kahului Premier Clubs; the live Priority Pass USA index has Honolulu and Kahului, not Hilo. Live Escape US listings have no ITO pin. HDOT does not publish clock hours — confirm on the door rather than a third-party 5:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. leftover.
