The Polaris Lounge is United's premium international lounge, with showers, quiet rest spaces, a buffet, full bar, and sit-down preflight dining. It is upstairs around E11-E12 and has a separate entrance from the regular E Club.
Access is tightly limited to eligible international premium itineraries, but for those travelers it is materially better than the other United Clubs and worth budgeting time for.
