The airport lounge page places Sagan Bisita on the west concourse across from gate 7, with a self-serve hot and cold buffet, drinks, and free Wi-Fi. It prints hours 23:30–11:30 and 12:30–17:00, manager Aileen D. Costello, and phones (671) 642-1201 and 642-1202. It does not name the current operator. A 2010 GIAA release said Delta and LSG opened the room and that showers would be available. English Priority Pass (checked 24 September 2026) says 23:00–17:00 every day, after security and passport control, opposite gate 7, no smoking including vaping, no dress code, children under 3 free, and a three-hour maximum stay. It does not list showers or a walk-up price. A Japanese Priority Pass page says children 11 and under are free. A Mastercard lounge finder lists a shower and a child age of 11. Those disagreements are unresolved, so showers are not treated as a facility.
