The Polaris Lounge is United's high-end Terminal C lounge for eligible long-haul international premium-cabin travelers. EWR describes à la carte dining, buffet service, shower suites and quiet nap areas.

If eligible, arrive early enough to use it properly; do not confuse it with a United Club, as access is substantially more restrictive.

A convenient and modern Terminal A stop, but its short hours make it useless for many late departures.

The useful choice for United or Air Canada passengers in Terminal A; do not trek terminals solely for it.

A valuable Terminal B option if your eligibility is accepted, but verify hours and entry at the door.

SAS is SkyTeam (since 1 Sep 2024). This room follows the SAS bank in B3 — not a general Star Alliance Gold key and not Priority Pass.

Not a food-and-drink lounge, but the better EWR option when privacy or a nap matters more than a buffet.

The convenient United Club for the C70s; use C123 instead when you have time and want showers.
