Compact terminal; Arctic single-runway weather and long coach legs are the real delay modes — pad OSL and Lofoten connections.

EVE sits on the Evenes isthmus roughly midway by road between Harstad and Narvik, so the schedule risk is not “finding the gate” — it is Ofoten / Vesterålen weather and military/civil traffic on a lone 17/35 runway, plus coach connections that assume the flight bank holds. Pad same-day OSL connections and any Lofoten onward bus even when the landside hall looks quiet. The terminal opens two hours before the first departure and closes after the last flight movement; overnight stays inside are not allowed (Avinor contact page).

Single terminal; all named shops and cafés sit after security; walking distances are short.

Check-in and bag drop sit landside in the single terminal. After security, Point Kiosk, Tax Free, Foodbar, and News Bar are the published retail/F&B set — there is no second terminal and no airside train. Re-check screens; gate calls still move when low cloud or wind slows the field. Nordea ATM currencies published on the bank page include GBP (printed “GPR”), EUR, USD, TRY, SEK, and THB.

Foodbar, News Bar, Point Kiosk, and Tax Free after security; hours follow flights, not a 24/7 mall.

Official Avinor shopping directory after security: **Foodbar** (locally sourced plates plus prepared sandwiches and baguettes, wide drink list), **News Bar** (full bar licence plus coffee, bakery, sandwiches, salads), **Point Kiosk** (coffee, snacks, magazines, small gifts, travel-size toiletries), and **Tax Free** (makeup, perfume, skincare, drinks, sweets). Hours follow the flight programme — expect a thinner offer on sparse winter banks than on summer leisure peaks. Harstad or Narvik food still wins if your timetable allows.

Zero lounges; Flybussen or taxi are the defaults; Harstad ~50 min / Narvik ~75 min.

There is no Priority Pass / LoungeKey / walk-up passenger lounge on current Avinor Harstad/Narvik shopping or services pages. For town, **Flybussen** / **Flybuss Torghatten** are the published defaults (~50 minutes to Harstad, ~75 minutes to Narvik, ~125 minutes to Sortland; airport buses to Harstad and Narvik wait for the last delayed arrival). Taxi rank numbers: **Evenes Taxi +47 90 68 42 24**, **Flytaxi Harstad +47 77 04 10 20**, **Narvik Taxi +47 07550** — drivers must quote a fare before the trip starts under the post-1 November professional transport rules. There is no walk-to-town option like Bodø.
