The price list on the VIP and CIP page is denominated in US dollars, includes VAT, and is charged in somoni. It says the list has been in effect since 6 October 2011. Terminal 1 rows: international departure USD 60, international arrival USD 30, domestic departure USD 30, domestic arrival USD 15. Children aged 5 to 12 on those rows pay USD 30, 15, 15, and 7.50. The page does not price children under 5. The new-terminal page says the hall covers both departure and arrival and does not give a gate or a floor.
