DUS VIP Lounge is a private-service lounge near Pier A, entered from the Arrivals level. The Premium service includes private check-in, handling of security and passport procedures, baggage handling and a dedicated vehicle to or from the aircraft.
The airport is redesigning the facility in phases and warns of occasional restrictions during continued work. Book this for privacy and escorted processing, not as a substitute for an ordinary airline lounge.
