Horizon is the operator’s flagship international hall in the 2023 T2 segment. After passport control, go up to the 3rd floor of the atrium. The live Russian tariff table (1 April–31 December 2026) is 4,500 RUB including 22% VAT for four hours. Showers, a children’s play area and a rest zone are on the amenity list. Older English copy still names Priority Pass at 01:00–04:00 — there is no matching live Priority Pass DME page, so do not plan on a PP card.
