Airline-operated international Lotus room — entitlement only. Lounge-network holders should use Orchid or Vanda on the mezzanine instead.

The international Lotus room is Vietnam Airlines’ own product in Terminal 2, not a Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass contract lounge. DragonPass’s Da Nang airport page lists four rooms — SH Premium, domestic Lotus, Vanda, and CIP Orchid — and does not include this international Lotus. Eligibility follows Vietnam Airlines’ international table: VNA Business Class, Lotusmiles Gold / Platinum / Million Miler, and qualifying SkyTeam First/Business and Elite Plus. Lounge-network guests should stay on the mezzanine at Orchid or Vanda.

Only independent-network soft room on the domestic side. Adequate food and Wi-Fi with a 2-hour cap — depends if you only have a short domestic wait.
