Soft product includes a self-service food bar, all-day barista coffee, bar service from midday, Wi-Fi, showers (request a towel at the desk), and a four-person meeting room available for a fee to eligible guests.

Verdict worth-it for eligible Virgin travellers: it matches the airline-lounge quality of the Qantas precinct on the other wing.
