WNY Freedom Lounge Inc. is a private 501(c)(3) courtesy center at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Buffalo does not meet USO volume, so this is not a USO. The official NFTA flyer places it on the upper level of the East Terminal past security, across from Gate 9 in the exit corridor, first door on the left. Flyer hours are 07:00–22:00 daily; the operator site says the room is volunteer-staffed and donation-supported, so treat hours as confirm-on-the-door. Access is free for U.S. military, veterans, and their families with ID. Amenities listed by the operator: snacks, internet, TV, phone, seating, and local military/veteran information. It is not on Priority Pass and is not a day-pass product.
