The honest take

The official airport lounges page still describes Cedar Lounge as the large MEA room occupying about half the waiting-lounge floor above Duty Free, opened 1 August 2005. Priority Pass lists it 00:00–23:59 with a 3-hour cap and no payment-card walk-in. Same mezzanine as the LAT airline room.
