Escape Lounges (CAVU) operates the only general-admission passenger lounge at Bradley International Airport. The official pin is airside before Gate 1 on the East Concourse. The room closed in July 2025 for a remodel and reopened in February 2026 with about 1,000 extra square feet. Hours are 04:30–20:00 daily. Documented access is Priority Pass with a required pre-booking plus the card, American Express Platinum, Delta SkyMiles Reserve with a same-day Delta-marketed boarding pass, or a paid day pass (about $45 pre-booked / $60 walk-up). Children under 3 enter free. Live Priority Pass USA lists Windsor Locks / BDL — ignore stale mirrors that still show a renovation closure or a Terminal B Gate 20 pop-up. There is no Delta Sky Club, Admirals Club, United Club, or Centurion Lounge on this field.
