The CIP/VIP hall at Aktobe is a paid service lounge for domestic and international passengers. Airport agents meet you with a name sign, check in you and your bags, take you through separate passport and customs desks, and drive you to the aircraft in a separate vehicle (and from the aircraft to the hall on arrival). Inside there is upholstered seating, cable TV, free Wi-Fi and illustrated magazines; the bar costs extra. You can pay in cash or by bank card, and companies can sign a contract. Priority Pass does not list it, and we could not confirm its prices or opening hours.
