This is the meal room. PP leftover also prints "after passport control" — that boilerplate is leftover-wrong for this domestic pin. Spring / Air China / Hainan boarding passes do not open it unless you actually hold the MU card. 2-hour stay leftover on PP.

Domestic only. PP leftover 2-hour stay, children under 2 free, no alcohol and no hot meal on the facilities list. PP leftover also prints "after passport control" — leftover-wrong; you clear T3 domestic security. Eat 白鹿原 D-06 at D59 first if they only have snacks.

International leftover is 44,500 passengers a year (0.25%) — confirm the desk is actually open before you clear immigration. This is not a 240-hour TWOV day room.
