Hulunbuir’s civilian airport is a compact 4D field a few kilometres east of Hailar, with 3.24 million passengers in 2025 and a real but thin international side: Chita, Ulaanbaatar, and Hong Kong in season, plus a summer-only Seoul flight that ended on 2 September 2026.
