PAL lists it 24 hours daily as of 12 June 2026. Access is Comfort Class and Mabuhay Miles Elite / Premier Elite / Million Miler. Paid myPAL entry after check-in is listed at ₱1,500. Not a Priority Pass lounge.
- [Plaza Premium Lounge (Domestic)](/airports/ceb/lounge/plaza-premium-lounge-domestic.md) — Terminal 1 Domestic · worth-it · open: ~3,000 sq ft domestic soft lounge with food and beverage, Wi-Fi, charging, FIDS, and showers subject to payment / availability. Plaza Premium and Priority Pass both advertise round-the-clock hours. PP children under 2 free; max stay 2 hours on Priority Pass.
